Rates and Details
- Adults (13+): $1,200 MXN per person (includes food and beverage credit).
- Children (5-12 years old): $600 MXN per child (includes credit for food and beverages).
- Extra hour : Adults: $200 MXN; Children: $100 MXN per extra hour (max. 4 hours, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm).
- Availability subject to prior reservation; credit card required.
- Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Victoria and Iren were super nice and did an awesome job in my hair. I love it!! I highly recommend spending the day in this hotel with a day pass. The site is beautiful, with beach, restaurants, pools… the day pass is $60 but includes food, drinks… up to that amount.

We bought a day pass and spa experience during our stay in Playa Del Carmen and it was muy bien! The staff were so attentive to us throughout the day and really helped us to feel like we were VIPs! The spa was the best I have ever visited. Jesus B was so calm and inviting as we arrived, and our therapists, Claudia and Elena, were exceptional. Thank you guys!

We rent an AirBnB close to the Mahekal Beach Resort. Is an excellent option if you want to be close to the beach in a peaceful enviroment. The service is great, the food, beers and margaritas excellent.

Folks they treat you like royalty here even if you are on a beach pass!! The buffet breakfast was amazing with eggs to order!! I had the omelette and all the fixings especially fresh juice and bread from the buffet. Kids loved it also. Great service as well!! We then went to get our beach pass for the day since it was our last day in town. Great price and credit towards food and drinks. Towels, pools, bathrooms and showers along with chairs at your disposal. Very relaxed but upscale. They care about customer service. Will be back again
