Named after a Mayan princess, Itzi Bar honors our philosophy of historical authenticity and the pre-Hispanic roots of the area through an exquisite menu with stellar offerings such as a hibiscus flower iced tea and snacks prepared with fresh, 100% organic, local ingredients.
