Enjoy a wide selection of soft drinks, beer, house wine by the glass, and domestic and international brands at the restaurants and bars of the hotel. Drinks have an extra cost and can be charged to your room or paid directly at the outlets via credit or debit card, cash is not accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – DISCLAIMER

The Modified American Plan meals are not-transferable between different days or between guests. This program cannot be combined with any other promotion or the respective discounts.

The Modified American Plan starts at 3:00 pm on the day of your scheduled arrival and continues until your day of departure at noon (these times are by the official Check-in and Check-out times).

When choosing to change your included Dinner for lunch, it must be done upon request to your server before ordering and the change applies to all guests in the same room. 

Dinner at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina is not included, but if you wish to dine here under your Modified American Plan, the hotel will grant you a $27 USD credit per adult, and a $13 USD credit per kid (5-12 yo) valid only for food consumption. Reservation required to dine at Fuego Restaurante y Cantina.

For guests selecting our Modified American Plan, the 1st Day commences at their chosen meal time: i.e. starting with Dinner and concluding on the last day with Breakfast. The bracelet must be worn at all times and shown each time you order any food or beverages. All checks must be signed for by a registered Modified American Plan guest. Each order included on the check must apply to you or a guest in your party covered by the Modified American Plan package and cannot be shared with any other guest(s).

Tax, service charge and gratuities are not included for meals oustide of your meal plan. Please note that any tip/gratuity you add to your check will be charged to your room account and must be settled upon check-out.

Once purchased, the Modified American Plan package cannot be canceled and no refund will be granted. If the bracelet is lost during your star and/or not returned on the day of your check-out, a replacement fee of USD 125.00 will be charged per bracelet.

Children from 5-12 years of age are charged half price. Adult prices apply to children 13 years of age and older. Alcoholic beverages are only served to guests 18 years of age and older where ID may be requested.

The bracelet and the Modified American Plan package are for personal use and are non-transferable. Misuse will result in privileges being revoked with no refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests as well as guests not observing hotel rules.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

An environmental daily fee of USD $2.00 applies to guests staying at all Cancun | Riviera Maya resorts as per the local municipality law. These fees are used to support sustainable initiatives such as beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, and conservation efforts. Restrictions apply, this package is subject to change without notice. Activities program subject to changes without notice.
